The Evidence section of the Northwind Coffee page: numbered claims, each marked Provisional or Settled with its source named and linked, one being rewritten in place with save and cancel, one with its original quote open, and confirm and edit links on the provisional rows

Source · Quote

Where it came from

The source behind the claim, named and linked, from a campaign brief to a Research run, with the original quote where there is one.

Settled · Provisional

Where it stands

What comes from your own inputs, documents and model results starts Settled. What the agents generate stays Provisional until someone on your team confirms it.

Confirm · Team edit

Yours to confirm

Confirm a claim, or rewrite it. A rewrite is marked as a Team edit and keeps the original quote beside it.

Built from your work.

Your brand's activity in Skeleton Key feeds the Wiki.

  • Nothing invented. If it's in the Wiki, it came from your work.
  • Grows with activity. The more you do, the more it holds.

Self-organizing. Self-updating.

The Wiki handles its own upkeep as it grows.

  • Names matched. Different labels for the same entity lead to a single page.
  • No merges by guesswork. When a match is uncertain, the two entities stay separate.
  • Updates with your work. New or edited sources update their pages. Delete one and all its claims go too.

One Wiki. Three ways to explore.

Frequently asked Questions

What goes into the Wiki?
Your brand details, campaign briefs, uploaded documents, and the outputs our agents generate from them. New work is added automatically. Our Wiki guide covers the detail.
Does it search the web?
No. The Wiki compiles what your inputs, documents and generated work already say, and adds no claims of its own. The agents behind that work do search the web, and what they find reaches the Wiki through their outputs.
What if a claim is wrong?
Open it and read its source. Anyone with edit access to the brand can rewrite it. The rewrite is marked as a Team edit, keeps the original quote beside it, and can be restored to the original wording.
What do Settled and Provisional mean?
Claims from your own inputs, uploaded documents and model results start Settled. Claims the agents generate start Provisional until someone on your team confirms them.
Who can see and change it?
Each brand has its own Wiki. Anyone with access to the brand can read it. Anyone with edit access can confirm and rewrite claims. Viewers can only read.
Do the agents read the Wiki?
Chat does, and cites the pages it draws on. Research, Strategy and Planning don't read from it yet.
How quickly does new work show up?
Pages refresh on a queue, so a page can briefly show its earlier version while new claims are added. Each page shows the date it was last updated.
