Your organization, top to bottom

Your organization contains your brands, campaigns run inside each brand, and everything they produce settles into the knowledge layer underneath.

The loops

Four feedback loops

Two run today. Two are on their way, and marked.

The four loops drawn on the system. Inside a campaign, each phase (Research, Strategy, Media Plan) refines with your notes. The channel layer sits inside Planning before the media plan (in build). A saved Marketing Mix Model attaches to a Strategy run. Outputs compile into the knowledge layer. Claims your team confirms inform future runs (in build). A conversation in Chat distills into an input the next run uses (roadmap). The setup for the main channels can be pushed straight into the ad platforms, where you activate it (roadmap). Performance data from ad platforms and client systems returns into measurement and the Wiki (roadmap).MMMPerformance dataAD PLATFORMS ANDCLIENT SYSTEMSROADMAPINGESTED DIRECTLY3FROM RESULTS · MMM ATTACHED TO A STRATEGY RUNCAMPAIGNCampaign brief→Research→Strategy→PLANNINGChannel layerIN BUILDMedia PlanPush to ad platformsACTIVATION STAYS WITH YOUROADMAP1WITHIN A CAMPAIGN · REFINE ANY PHASE WITH YOUR NOTESCORE OUTPUTS COMPILE2ACROSS CAMPAIGNSCLAIMS YOUR TEAM CONFIRMS,INFORMING FUTURE RUNSIN BUILDKNOWLEDGE LAYERWikiMapsChat4FROM CONVERSATION · DISTILLED INTO AN INPUT THE NEXT RUN USESROADMAPThe four loops drawn on the system, top to bottom. 1Within a campaign

Research feeds strategy, and strategy feeds the media plan. Refine any phase with your notes: research re-runs the affected analysts, strategy re-runs the affected strategists and whatever depends on them, and the media plan lands as a whole new version.

2Across campaigns

Every campaign leaves its claims in the brand’s knowledge layer, where your team can read, check, and ask about them. In build Claims your team confirms inform future runs.

3From results

The Marketing Mix Model measures what each channel actually contributed, from your own spend and results. Attach the model output to a Strategy run, and the goals and media strategists plan from what it measured. Roadmap Performance data pulled in automatically from ad platforms and client systems, into measurement and the Wiki.

4From conversation

Chat already answers from the Wiki and the Media Plan as it stands. Roadmap Chat becomes a working surface: brainstorm against your outputs with the brand’s full memory, then distill the conversation into an input the next run uses.
