Skeleton Key

Organization home

The status of every brand you can access, team activity, and recent work across the organization.

Click your organization's name at the top of the sidebar and you land on the organization's home page. Where the rest of the app works inside one brand, this page looks across the brands you can access: what each is up to, who has been active, and what the team has produced lately.

What's on the page

The header shows the organization's name, your role, and a count of its brands and members. Owners and Admins see a pencil next to the name for renaming the organization, and a one-line setup reminder until the design kit and LinkedIn connection are both configured.

Brands

One entry per brand you have access to. Recently active brands get a full card: the brand's name, how far its work has come ("3 campaigns · 1 running", "path complete", "brand profile only"), when it was last active, and a small chart of its recent runs, with an amber dot when work is in flight. Brands with no run or Wiki update in the last 30 days collapse into a quiet list below, name and quiet time only, so a large portfolio stays readable. Click any brand to switch to it and open its home page. Owners and Admins also get a Manage access link through to brand permissions.

Team activity

Owners and Admins see how the team is using the platform: members active, runs started, deliverables produced, and brands worked, with a member-by-member table showing when each person was last active and the mix of work they have done. A toggle switches the window between the last 30 and 90 days.

Organization activity

A feed of the most recent runs across every brand, grouped by day. Click a row to switch to that brand and open the work itself. The feed covers the 30 most recent runs.

Who sees what

Owners and Admins get the full page, including team activity, the rename control, and the setup reminder. Members see the brands they can access and activity across them, but not team activity. Guests see only the brands they have been given, and organization-wide counts stay hidden from them. The management pages alongside (Members, Brand access, Design, Integrations, Billing) follow their own role rules; see Members.

Limits and considerations

  • The page reflects the moment you opened it. Unlike brand Home, it does not refresh itself while you watch. Reload for the latest.
  • Quiet is not gone. A brand drops into the quiet list after 30 days without a run or Wiki update; its data and access are untouched.
  • Clicking a brand switches your context. The brand selector changes to that brand, the same as picking it from the selector directly.
